Highest paid coaching staff in the country

I'm tired of hearing this as a reason why we should be performing better.
Most head coaches have an area of expertise (offense or defense) that allows that particular coordinator to be more of a glorified assistant. Examples... Malzahn at auburn (offense), Saban (defense).
Since our head coach brings nothing to the table we are forced to spend big bucks on both coordinators. So even though we have the highest paid staff, we aren't using the money efficiently.
Expect more of the same.
