If we get to 8-0 and dominate, this will be a quiet/boring place

Well, we don't need to worry about having an 8-0 record, but we could be 4-4 by then and we could be 6-6 by the end of the season.

NorfolkVATiger its funny how no one wants to point out the improvement in our QB play from 95th in 08 to 5th in 09 .......
Looks like
our QB play is improved from last year on this stat as of right now!

and, and, no one is pointing out that our punter is average .7 seconds more of hang time on his 3rd punt of the 2nd half this year compared to last year, but no one is pointing that out either!

Your right. Lets comb through some more stats to justify our sub par QB play so far. I mean hell, even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in a while. I am sure we can find another piss-poor stat with little effect on the final outcome of a game and post it here, then when someone points out how senile it is, we can flame them for being a negatiger. Lets do it!!

slackster relax man your going to get a heart attack...
Enjoy the the team being 3-0 even if we are not playing PERFECT football.... When or if we fail then you can be miserable.
I will be too...But till then enjoy the moment of being 3-0 & #7
Look at the cup as half full, you'll feel better , try it

LOL, I did not know that I was going overboard. I just think that its a dumb stat. Completion percentage is over-hyped. Colt McCoy set the NCAA record last year and it wasn't even close, yet he gets no love from the Heisman Committee because his counterpart to the north led an offense that scored more points than any team in history, the true stat that matters.

My thinking is wins and losses is the most important stat of all for a QB, but it is in the 2nd half is where the W's or L's take place....... I just hope the W's keep adding up without too many L's That would make my day ....

No doubt but I think the worry is that this level of play will not be winning when we face some key rivals. Right now we haven't gotten good enough play to win against Ole Miss, Bama, Auburn, Florida or Georgia.

last season, same song different QBs. They were winning too, right up until they didnt. And had MUCH better offensive numbers while doing it.
