What kind of answer are you expecting? It's not his call to make.

At least be an advocate for his former employer.

Is there any evidence that has happened?

Is there any evidence it didn't happen?

This was the Foley and Sankey show. Period.

No, but trust me, he has PLENTY of influence in what went on. In the spirit of transparency, if I were JA, I would ask him publicly to address the details of how it went down. He knows, he was part of it.

If nothing else, put pressure on him to come clean. He won't, but it will make the SEC office look even more secretive, and will give LSU fans something to think about when JA is gone and Herb Vincent comes calling wanting the LSU job (which everyone knows, is his ultimate goal).

Everyone at LSU loves Herb and he's a strong presence at LSU.

But it is appropriate to question his influence at the SEC home office if damage is done to LSU like this... and the damage was preventable. Like it or not, he's part of the SEC team now, and the SEC failed to stand up for LSU. I ask the question as well. What is Herb Vincent doing over there? And if he's not standing up for LSU there, then why isn't he here, where he can do so more effectively?

Why should LSU let one of its best leaders sit (apparently) quietly in Birmingham, when he could be the voice that Alleva is having trouble finding for LSU?

I'm really not bashing Herb Vincent here. I just want to know what good it does (if any) to have him at the SEC. I mean... MAYBE something important to LSU will come up, right? You know, like maybe a game might be canceled or something?
