I realize running is our strength, but so does Alabama. Seems like we are going to try and run right through Alabama. Fantastic. This should go well.

we should be running Ridley more, 20+ carries a game is what he should be getting

Let's just run to T-Bob's side. That will go well.

agree completely. just because a team is good at run D doesn't mean you should abandon it.

JJ will have far more carries than Ridley. FACT.

JJ will have far less yards than Ridley on more carries. FACT.

No not at all. But how did that work against Auburn? This defense is WAY better than theirs. Tell me how you're going to move the ball?

Ridley only had 12 or 13 carries against AU, he should have had more

run the ball and hope & pray that Lee or JJ will be able to throw more than 10 yards down the field.

since you just signed on, today was not a good day for you negatigers. You'll probably turn it back tonight while the Real LSU Tigers are having sex with our Wives & Girlfriends. But today just wasn't your day.

why do you base what you think will happen on our last opponent. more times than not this method does not work.

you keep comparing this game to the auburn game. i see nothing similar between the 2 opponents. if lsu shows up in the 4th quarter and gets decent qb play they will beat bama.

AUs plan was to take away our rb's and give JJ the run if he wanted it. They felt their best shot was to allow JJ the opportunity to make a play with his legs or arm and that he couldn't beat them with either. He didn't. But we were in the game late.

Why can't we have a heavy dose of Ridley and Ford? Alabama has there 2 running backs. Why can't our coaching staff have both in the games, but that would be to easy and we might actually score more pts.

Has only happened once this year...

...and when it did, JJ had more yards AND a better YPC...

Running the ball is the only thing we do well on offense, so if we don't run the ball, we're basically resigning ourselves to failure. I'm not sure why people think we should have come out throwing it all over against Auburn or why we should try that again against Bama...

Duke, tennessee, and South Carolina ran it on Bama with success and we can too.
