the ticket office sent out an email on Aug 20th stating that you needed to confirm your address could receive mail before they would mail your tickets. So that is what I did. I replied to the email. So something made me call today to make sure that they received my request. Of course, per usual, the student worker was confused and rude. He stated that a bunch of people have called with the same request but "we" did it wrong by replying. He said there is a link I should have followed to submit my request. I pulled my email up while talking to him. There is no such link. I told him the ticket office should get their shite straight before blaming ticket holders. While on the phone he took care of it for me and my tickets will be mailed.

If you got the same email and simply replied to it, you need to call the ticket office or you will never get your tickets. Here is the email:

Dear Tiger Fan –
Thank you for your support of LSU Football with your purchase of tickets this football season.
Your ticket order has been printed and was set to be mailed out to the address on your account.
With the flooding throughout south Louisiana we have held your ticket order until we have heard from you that you are able to safely receive mail deliveries to the address on your account. We want to make sure that your tickets arrive to your address safely and secure.
If your address is receiving mail, please respond and we will mail your tickets out through US Postal Service.

This is the email I got about the flood. Has a link to a survey. I have season tickets. Is that what you are waiting for too? Maybe they were confused about what you were calling about. Anyway good thing you got it straight.

The final preparations are being put on the season tickets for the 2016 football season and the printing company is preparing to begin shipments on Monday, August 22 and they will continue throughout the remainder of August.
Unfortunately due to the flooding in south Louisiana we realize many fans may have had their address set to receive the tickets affected by this tragedy.
We have tried to pinpoint certain zipcodes that may have had some damage and are working with the printing company to have these zipcodes pulled and sent to our office to be held until we have heard you are able to safely receive your ticket package.
In effort to make this process as seamless as possible we have created a survey to help gather responses in a spreadsheet.
PLEASE FILL OUT THE SURVEY HERE (YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER IS: ***)
PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THE EMAIL WITH SHIPPING CHANGES.
Once you have filled out this survey we will be able to forward your season tickets to the response given or have your tickets held in our office for you to pickup.
Season ticket shipments will continue throughout August and if you choose to have your tickets shipped out, you will receive a tracking number when your package has been picked up by FEDEX. If you choose will call, we will email you when you can pickup your tickets.
We understand that many fans have more important concerns at this time and football is secondary and we want to be able to accommodate fans requests as best as possible during these trying times. There is no deadline to respond to the survey, however, for precaution we will hold your ticket package in our office until a response has been received.
We thank you for your patience and support of LSU Athletics!
Please call our office at (225)578-2184 or tollfree at (800)960-8587 if you have any questions.

Yeah. It looks like they sent an earlier wave of emails that was missing the link.

Looks like you got that email. Mine was missing the link and they never sent the correct email.

So anyone who got the one without the link, you need to call asap
