Yep he was in same club section as my group. I didn’t see anyone approach him or say a word to him. He was by himself every time we saw him.

I have a plausible explanation for who it might be....

it might be the poster "rex"...the dude who wears dog masks

This was him at the krewe of mutt parade in BR...his body shape looks similar, and he loves wearing masks
