Have to find a way to scratch it out. Yes the back half of the schedule is softer and they can still go on a run even if they drop this one. But it just feels like this one is pivotal momentum wise. Especially going on the road next weekend. Feels like the season can go either way right now.

Remember when they went on the run in 08. I’d go to every game and call may dad saying “ they are bad! Terrible! It will be a long year!”. They came back to tie South Carolina and I thought this might be the turning point. They then went on a tear! Never count lsu out!

Yep. We threw the best we had at them last night. Lsu has just struggled the last couple of years having that sub 2 lockdown pen arm.

I love Jay but it really doesn’t make sense that he went all in on the mound last night and neglected to squeeze with Milam at least once. If you’re gonna go all in then go all in for the W. Oh well, it’s done now. Gotta refocus and try to jump on them early today

It’s sad to think that last night was the best we had left to throw. Hurd and Loer are huge disappointments. Ack is solid but he choked big when we needed him last night. We really need Little, Johnson, Anderson and Coleman to step up in a big way for this season to be salvageable.
We also need 2 of Frey, Lawson and Brown to step up big at the plate.
