You do realize this is his least talented team since year 1, right?
He had to replace 75% of his offensive production from last year.
The fact that this team is 16-5 is one is his best coaching job.

You do know where our offenses have ranked the last 4 years in offensive efficiency?
He knew after last season he needed to fix the defense and he fixed it. Unfortunately, we lost 75 percent of our offensive production and a couple weeks before the season lost what was expected to be our best overall player.
Wade has done a great job fixing the defense and the Offense will improve with players getting more experience.
