I don't get it.
We looked like clowns vs USC and ole miss.
Ole miss wasn't near as bad as USC.

Agreed. They do look good. The ones that think they look bad are either old, or their wives pick out their clothes.

I said "redesign," not "eliminate."
If you've paid any attention over the years, you'll notice that the shoulder stripes have been changed many, many times. The old, traditional stripes from the 60s and 70s were more toward the sleeve and look nothing like the ones today.
So if you're truly an old-school traditionalist, you'd be advocating for a redesign.
