Yes. There is a problem, but if Les and the DCs aren't aware of it by now I don't know what will get through to them. Lets wait and see if anything changes now that the problem is blatantly obvious.

He is a maggot just here to start shite. He is the only one that seems to be bothered by people giving their opinions on some of the coaching decisions. If you don't like it, eat a bowl of dicks.

Cornholio, take a deep breath, and try to think of something intelligent so I can help you out. You are the one that is unhappy about LSU football. Do you like being unhappy? I'm just trying to help you out.

Im unhappy with the our D underachieving. Is that so hard for you to understand? Are you happy with the way our D is playing?

No he's right... I am stupid and should obviously just stop posting. Nevermind... I think instead I will give him my screenname so he can post on my behalf... I suggest you all do the same.

I worked as a cashier at a grocery store.

Well, that's a hard one, because I never done cashier work before. Also, it a hard one because I've never seen anyone complain to a cashier about not doing his job right (not saying it doesn't happen, I've just never seen it... not even when a ton of us are in line and we are all pissed about how long it is taking).

Can you give me an example of people complaining to you for not doing your job as a cashier right, even though you were doing a great job, but their dumbasses just couldn't understand that?

Hey I finally found the thread in which you refer to "me" as a disgrace...

actually the poster you lobbed an insult at is GeauxBob. Just read the irrational, hate-mongering thoughts of GeauxBob:

"Look, my issues with Miles are about what we have seen happen. He's done a great job improving the offense like no one could have expected, especially with the loss of RP.

The fact still remains that their is a severe flaw with the defensive team this season and its obvious they have done nothing to change/correct if you watched any of the games this season. Some of the issues are execution, but much of it is scheme. It is still the coaches job to get the players to execute.

I am proud of Miles, and he's a great coach, but that doesn't make him above criticism as many of you state. I have seen nothing to suggest these issues will get fixed, and that scares me. I want to believe they will be corrected, but don't have faith in the two DCs given the pattern started last season."

You're right...GeauxBob deserves to be called a disgrace to LSU football. What a pinko-commy, piece of shite that GeauxBob is.

You suck Fighting Tigers. You registered in August of this year, which means you either just became a fan, just got your own computer, or just learned to read and write...none of which are acceptable considering the shite you've been talking tonight. The day you sit in Tiger Stadium, post-loss, with your head in your hands after a Kentucky QB throws for over 500 yards against your Tepper-arse defense, is the day you can call me a disgrace. Piss off.

GFY!

Damn you GeauxBob!!!!! Traitorous bastard!!! I bet he isn't an NCAA coach with a winning record over 70% for the past 10-15 seasons in a Mid-High level BCS conference. Clearly his opinion is of no value!!!!! He should know better!!!

Wow... where did you pull all that info that you just said? I like what you have to say, but your poetic words are not the same as the rantard-spew that came flying out of FT's fingertips.
I'm all for pulling for the team, but people that choose to be critical have the right to be, just steer clear of their noisy bullshite

I disagree. I'm not cool with people running their mouth about something they don't know anything about. Anybody who runs their mouth about something they don't know anything about is an idiot. Just because there are a lot of idiots here, and just because you are used to them, doesn't mean they aren't idiots.

"If at all possible, could you set me up perfectly to prove I'm right by providing exactly these perameters in your next post:"

To be fair, I know what you're saying, even without asking me for that specific example. It's not a question of whether any of our coaches recognize the problems at hand. It's whether or not our co-DCs have any idea how to fix any of them. Last year, the two units Peveto presided over were weak points of the team. Our special teams were horrendous and our linebacker play (as usual) was particularly weak. Miles rewarded that by promoting him to co-coordinator. We have the same system Pelini left us with, without Pelini there to make any adjustments. Tell me there weren't a few points in the last two games where you felt the play was poorly defended from the moment the players lined up.

Are any of you willing to admit there is a problem with the defense?

Cornholio, I'll admit that our D isn't a Top 5 D in Miles 4th year like it was in his each of his first three years. Miles, Pelini, Peveto, and Mallory had Top 5 defense for three years straight. That would seem to show that they know what they are doing.

As for our current starting D, when have they ever been a Top 5 LSU defense? Never. Granted, we lost Pelini, so that is a factor as well. It could be the loss of Pelini, or it could be the new starting D that we have. Who is to say? But being our coaches have three-year record of top 5 Ds, and our starting D doesn't, I'm guessing it has more to do with our players than our coaches.

As for the Pelini thing, he was right there in the management team with Miles, Peveto, and Mallory, and they all produced top 5 D's for three years straight. If Peveto or Mallory was a weakness, I think Miles would have noticed that during the 3 years they were all part of the management team.

But again, the big picture is, if you have never coached a football team, not even little Pee Wee football, then you are a freaking idiot if you think you know better than the coaches about what they should be doing regarding schemes, etc.

You an idiot if you think we are in a Tepper situation. Tepper came as a new-comer and tried to re-invent our entire D, and it was a massive failure. Complete opposite of the continuity we have now regarding the same coaching staff that turned out 3 straight Top 5 D's.

This is what I am talking about. You have no experience as a football coach, so that is foolish of you to think our coaches are doing a bad job. Like you said, you ask how we "felt" -- we all feel crappy when LSU football fails, the coaches much more than any of us -- being that their careers and whole livelihood depend on it. You are an idiot if you think you are more concerned about LSU football than they do, and you are an idiot if you think you know more about how to do their job than they do.
