Would love to see him light up the secondary and throw for about 350 and 4 Tds. He needs the confidence boost. If he struggles then he might be done. I'm pulling for him! Geaux Tigers ! #turnaround

Always pulling for the kid, but I have my doubts about those kinda numbers.

Good numbers vs a cupcake makes you feel what? Like Harris has all of a sudden "arrived"?

So when Harris craps his pants against Ms. State and Aubie then what?

How much of this crap from Harris can y'all watch before reality dawns on you?

Let's start with 200 yards and go from there.

What difference does it make? Harris can look lights out one game and then Miles will get conservative the next game. His confidence appears to be shot. The question I keep asking myself is why didn't he run any at Wisconsin. The only answer I can come up with is that Miles is in his head. So much for developing a quarterback.

Harris makes the offense bad. Hell if I was coaching a no talent waste of time who cant execute Vanilla passes on short routes I wouldn't let him OPEN IT UP (as so many here like to say) either.

We have a very limited QB who the coaches have tried to retain as the starter. Harris is holding the team back. shite how many passes have to be overthrown, underthrown, or intercepted before some of you see the damn obvious? Harris is not an SEC QB? What SEC team would trade their QB for him?

Not one.

We really should see the least amount of runs that we have ever seen in a game under Miles. This O-line needs to learn how to pass protect, and this QB definitely needs to get some experience passing the ball. Les just needs a clue, but i've given up on that. Geaux Tigers!

There are very few quarterbacks in the world that can overcome consistently poor offensive line play, WR's that don't get open and drop well-thrown balls, and predictable play calling.

Brandon Harris is very average - he has above average arm strength and scrambling ability and below average accuracy and decision making.

The backup quarterbacks on this team are probably also very average, just different strengths and weaknesses than Harris has.

I seriously doubt that any QB on this team can be successful if things around them do not change.

Poor Stripes is relegated to blaming QB after QB after QB so he doesn't have to put any on Les, who he apparently wants to keep no matter what.

I agree with your breakdown of Harris, but I don't agree that the other QBs would necessarily perform better or worse than Harris. We just will never know unless Miles plays them.

Even if he threw for those numbers, it is still Jax St. Big F'ing whoop. He needs to show up against a real D and he has not done that yet. 2nd year as a full time starter and 3 years in a program and he can't hit a WR on simple routes. He is the reason Dural was injured in the Ole Miss game last year and he nearly did same for Dupre in Wisconsin game. With the talent he has at WR around him, he should be able to do what Florida QBs did in the 90s with their receiving corps. Drop back 3 yards, hit the WR in stride on a slant and let them run. He does not do that. He wants to strong arm it all the time and the ball either sails high or wide. He is not a good QB and is probably a combination of horrible coaching and his mental awareness.

Looks at Harris' completion percentages from high school through now. He's just not accurate. Doesn't matter what type of offense he is in. His percentage is actually higher than it was in HS.

I was thinking about this earlier. Miss St has a crappy arse pass defense too. Work these defenses out in the passing game.
