Harris is being underutilized

I form basically eliminates him as a running threat. One less thing for the defense to account for.
The majority if his passes are from under center or play action having his back to the defense too long.
An easy adjustment is more shotgun single back looks. Mix in zone read. You can still run power football from here.

Peej, you seem upset about something. Care to explain?

Well... if it's so obvious why didn't we do it? This stuff is already in our offense.

You don't say?
Never looked at it this way before

No way! You solved all the problems. Congrats bro!

Les sold his soul to get LF7 and now he feels he has to give him the ball at all costs. Why not say screw it and do a 180 on the offensive philosophy and see what happens/. What else is there to lose.

You and everyone who believes Harris is the answer are delusional...

Because our coach is extremely stupid. That's why.

Anyone who thinks there is a QB on the roster who can solve the problems hasn't seen Les Miles and this offense since 2008.

Please, stoppppppppppppppppppppppppp!!!!
What did we hear this off season? Not only what we all knew already about him not being an accurate passer but it appeared his INT's were up as well. What did we see Saturday? 2 INT's!

Here is the thing. They lined up in the shotgun. His two best throws of the night came with him in the I. The TD screen to dural also came out of the I.
On designed options, he made the wrong read Everytime.
When he should have scrambled, he threw a pick, when he actually had time he panicked.
Just go back and watch the game.
The problem is Les loses confidence and his only plan b is to just line up and run Leonard. Which isn't a bad plan B when your oline is dominating. LSUs oline was awful though.

People have been ragging on Les about this for a while now. Why recruit dual threat QBs and stick them in a pro set? Why not just recruit drop back passers? It makes no sense. We know Les isn't going to change his system to fit the personnel.

He is not a pocket passer!!! The guy does not belong in the fricking iformation dropping back like Drew Brees.... Well then... What should we do? If they want a pocket passer then fricking recruit one and stick with it... I wish the coaching staff would stop recruiting dual threat quarterbacks and tying to make them pocket passers but we don't always get what we want.

Agree, but Fournette is most successful out of the I with a full back leading the way.
What I would like to see more of is Fournette lining up as a receiver more. Everytime he has gone long, it has been a net positive.
