Not even close after what I saw today. Jennings has been at LSU over a year and Harris a couple months. Harris' pocket precense is so much better among other things. He's still got a ways to go, but today's game was a no brainer who played better. In Cam I trust!

I think you're the only person on this board with that opinion

Harris will probably be the better player in the long run at LSU. But I still think there is no way Miles starts a true freshman over Jennings, who has playing experience albeit limited in the first game at a neutral site against a BCS team.

Did you really not see the other threads on the 1st page where this is being discussed? Serious question.

Seems that way from the highlights. But then Jennings looked pretty legit in last year's spring game. You never know how things play out.

I think people want Jenning to be better. I was a big Jennings fan. But you watch the videos and you watch them throw and you just think to yourself "shite is Harris better?" If we didn't know their age we wouldn't even be discussing this.

If Jennings can run the offense, not sure he'll have much of a choice. There is a marked talent difference between the two.

Seems to be true from what we have seen thus far. He was bad in the pocket against Iowa and didn't look much better today.

All depends on what happens in the fall, but Cam will have the biggest influence on this decision. If Harris continues to improve into the fall, he will get the job. From that point we will have a guy groomed to lead us on a run his soph and junior season. We will just have to take the good with the bad, I just don't want to see what I saw vs. Iowa every single game.

This and Jennings has been in the program for a year. BUT......before seeing Harris live for myself I didn't think he stood a chance to play unless Jennings got hurt. I think Harris has a chance its a slim chance but I don't think its a slam dunk that Jennings is the starter.

I know it's only the spring game and Richard Murphy comes to mind, but I gotta say, Harris looked like he's been here in the system for a while based on the highlights.

Why won't you guys talk about Rettig???? I want a pocket passer with a strong arm and not an option QB that is only athletic and can't manage the game.

I'm happy we have two pretty good choices at QB and think we will be fine next year.
