Hannigriff has been down on everything LSU related since he didn't get the Hawthorne replacement gig.
I mean, what did he say today that you would disagree with?

this staff needs to be taken to task over that performance.

Two things can be true at once.

Hanni has been down on LSU since he lost that job, and has proven himself to go for the scoop and ratings before the truth over and over. That's sad and true.

He's also right about Miles being a one trick pony who needs to ride off into the sunset. That's also true.

It doesn't have to be one way or another.

Hanigriff is the mouthpiece of the fanbase majority while other local media play things vanilla.

Why do you think if Les is fired all of the teams good recruiters will leave? If they bring in a great hire, the only people who that hire can let go without the first thing they do being to piss off the fan base is Cameron and Peveto. I don't think the other coaches are that loyal to Miles.

Can't argue with a dammed thing he said in both hours. He and I agree on one very important point and that is that Herman should have been "gotten" last year period. Not a Jimmybo fanboy.

My belief now is that we will not be able to get Herman, we're going to be one year too late. Hanigriff is of a different opinion however.

I saw hanny at the cubs game yesterday, thought about asking him about Les but figured I'd let him enjoy the game
