Guys, we HAVE to show our support for these players

Don't give me that "I'll be booing for Les Miles, not the players" BS. Have some class and make TS explode when our boys run out of the tunnel on Saturday.
Our players deserve it, and our seniors sure as shite deserve it.

Richard Dickson - CLASS ACT!!
JoJo Lafell came back for his senior year, and deserves to go out fully supported by those of us who he's played so hard for for these 5 years.

shite...I could go on and on. And this is just their character...not even what they've given us on the football field.
Hell...those are just SOME of the seniors.
We need to show these young men that will be leading us in the future what kind of fanbase we can be. They need to be SUPPORTED! We need to cheer for them with all our might as they take the field on Saturday, and let these boys know that we support THEM...the PLAYERS...win or lose, rain or shine!
Dmitch's post earlier really hit a nerve with me. These young men are fighting their arse off, and are just as frustrated as we are...I can assure you. They deserve a pat on the back and some words of encouragement.
We don't want all of our future superstars all being ruined emotionally like Jarrett Lee last year. We need them to know that next year, they need to step up and lead...and that we'll support them in that effort!
So let's be the honorable fans (those of us who are) that we claim to be, and let's surprise the crap out of everyone and come out supporting this team 120%. Hell, we have nothing to lose at this point. Given our emotional state, we're the underdogs again! Let's act like this is for all the marbles!
It just may be, as the way this team finishes emotionally this year could dictate the direction this program heads in during the next decade. Let's support our boys!

I don't think anyone's problems is with the players. Actually from what I see most people on here feel sorry for them to have to play under the current coaching staff. The players are great just not coached properly.

hey i'm gary crowton, let's run an option with jefferson and his bum ankle. Let's let jordan jefferson throw the ball 37 times. Let's throw the ball when we're in field goal range to win the game. Let's not call a screen when OM has blitzed all game until the last minute of game. Let's not give rueben randle or shepard decent playing time--2 of the most explosive players on the team.

I fully understand, and agree.
However, we need to show them that.
They need some support right now...not pouting from the fanbase (even if that pouting is justified).
They probably feel let down by their coaches. Don't let them feel let down by their fans.
They don't deserve that.

This isn't the first game of blown plays by the coaching staff. It's not just about this game but the last 2 seasons. Fans are frustrated. Coaches making this kind of money should not be making these bush league mistakes.

I know. It's frustrating.
And it's all on the coaches.
Support the players. To hell with the coaches.
I have no problem kicking millionaires to the curb if they don't perform. I have problems kicking fellow Tigers who bleed purple & gold to the curb due to the coaches inadequacies.

You can think what you want about the coaching staff (and I'll probably agree with you).
However, I humbly request that you keep it in one of the other 1x10^36 threads bitching about them.
Our players need support. Let's keep this thread about them, and not the coaches.

Everyone's pissed about the coaches. Don't let that justified anger and hatred detract you from supporting our boys.

Support the team and the Seniors at all cost. I actually think the team will rally around Miles Saturday and I think we're gonna win.

People have been talking about booing Les at the games (How do the players know you are booing Les and not them? These kids are young, and emotionally fragile right now).
People are talking about not going to the game. Wearing black, etc.
I'm all for all that...but NOT when our players are involved.
Wear black to the CLM radio show at Walk-Ons or something. Not to Tiger Stadium.

Beside the obvious (Senior day, et. al.), a voracious crowd (on TV no less) would probably perplex many of LSU's detractors too.
