He's a FB. A beast run blocker but still not a position of great importance.

Mo Claiborne and it's not even close. The recruiting board was actually pissed the day he committed. Some unknown 2 star out of an unknown school in shreveport

K Minter and D Jones are both hard workers and deserving of where they are today.

Our linebackers are always a bit surprising to me. They're always overshadowed by DL and DBs in their playing career here, but then you look up and you've got guys like Sheppard and Riley spending 5+ years in the league.

TM 7, Hester, of course.

But also Bennie Logan. A 3-star recruit, who is now an NFL starter and who went pro after his junior season.

aban would have signed this kid and then executed him on signing day just to show the world that no damn two or three star kids, and definitely nobody named Morris, should even aspire to sign with the Tigers.

Lsupimp in that Claiborne thread.

Wow.. could you imagine if someone in that thread said he would end up being a top 10 draft pick? So funny how things work out.

Deion jones might be up there when all said and done. I remember when I saw his film after he committed and thought he was a stud and couldn't believe that's the first I had heard of him.

TM7 was a four star recruit on most sites and highly ranked...i do not know why people assume he came out of nowhere. So that being said I would say Claiborne. '

Agree - JD Moore and I would put Conner Neighbors right behind him.

He made a very late jump in the rankings after a few camps. No one saw a heisman candidate.
