1987 LSU v. Ohio State was in the middle of the day. Not sure if kicked at noon, but it was sunny and bright.

No.4 v. No. 5. Hodson, Harvey Williams, Andolsek and Spielman scuffle, national network TV with Musburger (fairly rare at the time). Fricking 13-13 tie.

It was quiet as a funeral as people walked out of a packed Tiger Stadium. Usually you hear cheers or curses, but the tie left folks sort of stunned and unsure how to react.

Still, a great game.

Sec office told LSU no more 11 o'clock games if you agree to play Florida every year. That is how we are playing at noon.

How did you like that greatest Monday night game ever in 2005?
