Great Television

I cannot believe that Les is returning next year. The beginning, the middle, and the end (especially the end) of tonight's game had all the markings of a grand finale. It was great cinema down the the way espn framed the last shot as Les walked back into the tunnel leaving the stadium for the last time. My friends and I were emotional, caught up in the great goodbye. On the heels of some of Les' comments (and his general demeanor) during the week, what a brilliant exercise in public relations! As for Alleva...nevermind.

Strangely, my friends and I talked about how tonight was the most emotional we have felt about LSU football in quite some time.
