Quarterbacks-----B. Really hard to evaluate on a small sample size, but Harris did make some passes over the middle of the field and did not make any really bad mistakes.

Runningbacks------A. LF7 looked beast as usual. Darrel Williams showed flashes, but ultimately missed the hole more often than not. I'd like to see more Guice spelling LF7 just to mix it up. Full backs did a good job opening some holes.

Recivers----------B. Only reason it's a B is we can't really evaluate them on anything else. No drops, great blocking in run game, despite BS penalties. Dural is awesome.

Oline-------------B-. Opened up some great holes, but seemed to fade and not play as cohesive at times. Pass pro looked to be about average. Vadal missed some blitzes and has some work to do in pass protection as a tackle.

Offensive Coaching Staff--- D. I know this is harsh, but we will have to open it up more to win this year due to our lack of depth on defense. Also, need to keep the motions and jet sweeps to dural part of the run game. Need to PLAYACTION on first and second down and throw over the middle of the field. Way too vanilla once we went up 14.

Dline--------B. Nice to see pressure from the dline again and very refreshing to see stunts. Run D was great. Faded big time in 2nd half and got no pressure on Dak. Probably a combination of depth at DE and conditioning.

Linebackers---B. Beckwith was an animal but Louis was almost nonexistent and Debo was constantly out of position and beat.

Cornerbacks----C+. Toliver was good and made some freshman mistakes, but he will be a 1st rd talent for us. Tre White has the heart, but I think he is just too small and gets beat by a bigger WR every time.

Safeties-------B-. Rickey Jeff was an animal and our best secondary player IMO. Jamal Adams had an off game and was pretty poor in pass coverage. Not sure what happened here.

Defensive Coaching Staff------B-. Excited to see blitzes and stunts on the Dline again, but was a little concerned with the lack of press coverage. Also, I was concerned that we never really mixed coverages and went very vanilla in the 2nd half.

SUMMARY and PREDICTION: Overall, I think our lack of depth on the Dline and LB will hurt us at times. When Mills comes back, I would almost entertain putting him at CB with Toliver just to have some bigger bodies there. Rickey Jefferson certainly earned a starting spot IMO. We will have to open it up this year, as our Defense is a year away. We can't be vanilla. Prediction for the rest of the year: 9-3 including a bowl win gaining some momentum for next year's championship run.

and this is being generous only because we won. The rest of the grades are on point.

Agreed. I can't give an F grade to a staff that got the W.
