This is STUPID. BSU does not HAVE a "body of work." They have a single win against UGA, but it's at the beginning of the season. Personally, I won't respect BSU as an elite college football team until they start scheduling, and beating, elite teams at some other than the first game of the season or a bowl game.

If by "gives LSU a game", you mean shows up at the same stadium at predetermined time and lines up across the line of scrimmage from us, then yes. You are correct.

I would love this team to play Boise.

One half against LSU's power and defensive depth would knock that one month of preperation right out of the Broncos.

Wouldn't even be a contest. Their O and D line would be hand on hips exhausted after the first drive of the 2nd half.
