Golf currently tied for 3rd at NCAA's in the 3rd round (very early)

Tiger Golfers playing well. +8 for the first 2 rounds (only 5 shots out of 1st place). Got out early and posted a great team score (+2 for the day) and are currently tied for 4th place with 9 teams left to play about 4 holes. Cut after tomorrow's round, but looking good for the Tigers. Freshmen Sam Burns (68) and Luis Gagne(70) lead the way.

i think it's straight to 8 after tomorrow then match play beginning monday

Cut to 15 teams after tomorrow and cut to top 8 teams after Monday. The top 8 advance to match play. Match play starts on Tuesday with quarterfinals and semi-finals and then finals on Wednesday.

Finish in the top 8 tomorrow then it's on to match play. It starts over for 2 rounds of that.

Wrong Tiger 1988, cut to 15 teams after Sunday round, then final 8 make the match play that starts on Tuesday. Refer to my post above. We are in 4th place with 3 teams still playing. Those 3 teams can't pass us.
