Same play that focused on Wallace's unsportsmanlike bump on Adams. Couldn't see anything from replay, only saw Godchaux closing in on sideline with no one around. Can anyone provide further insight?

I'm wondering about that also. The video of the sideline shows Godchaux in the background doing...nothing.

I think it might of been bs, when they realized that Adams flopped.

I was wondering if it was a partial make-up

He mockingly did that dumb landshark fin... they showed it on replay before the penalty was given.

The footage I saw was Robinson mocking the land shark thing. The unsportsmanlike penalty was warranted but I think they just picked DG out of the lineup because they didn't know who exactly did it and needed an Lsu body and a number.

I have no idea how that is a penalty. If you allow one team to go around doing it, then the other team should be able to do it as well.

That was Robinson not Godchaux

So it's ok for one team to make the sign, but not the other. Don't see how that could warrant an unsportsmanlike penalty.

How drunk do you have to be to mistake a cb for a dt?

The league ruled that ole miss could do it quickly and spontaneously. Robinson running across the field doing it had no subtlety to it. They would've flagged ole miss for doing it the same way... and it's their thing.

It's kind of ironic because on NSD their were heavy rumors that Godchaux was going to flip to Ole Miss

It may have been a flop, but it was 100% a correct call for unsportsman like...

Plus, the announcers said nothing about it. I call BS. Anyone who thinks that that game had competent officiating is mistaken.

Whether Adams "flopped" is immaterial. The player who struck him was guilt of unsportsmanlike conduct. Nothing more to say. The fact that the announcers say nothing about what Godchaux did to incur the call is proof, IMHIO, that the call was BS.

What was the second one on him? I must have missed it.
