Can we stop doing this. Stop acting like we are scared to play them again. They deserve to be there, if thats how it ends up. We will be the home team this time, everybody knows that. I know the players on this Tiger's team are not scared to play Bama again, so as fans can we please start showing that same attitude. Dammit people, be true Tiger fans and stop bowing down to Bama and putting them on a pedistool. If we were in their position we would all be screaming that we deserve a rematch also. We will beat them again, have confidence. You know Les will have a few tricks up his sleeve this time and not be afraid to use them. He his his boy back solidly entrenched at QB and he will let it all hang out being this game would be for all the marbles.

im with you Zo, there are alot of sand in thier vagina folks on here. the bcs pits the top 2 teams vs each other, it will and the winner will need to WIN to be CHAMP!
i know i dont want to give back the 2001 sec championship, i guess they do.

i look at it this way....
i don't think LSU fans are "scared" to play them, as much as we respect the great team they are.... i think out of 10, they win 4... problem is, the next game is for all the marbles, and i don't want that to be one of those wins....
do i think we are better... yeah, at certain positions... i think we'd have the crowd this time, and the luxury of not having to go very far to get to the game.... however, i think all the pressure is squarely on us this time, unlike last time.... i felt, even though ranked #1 at the time, we were still underdogs, and very much not given our due respect... hell, we still aren't....
as much as i KNOW these are the two best teams out there, i'd still rather play someone else for one reason only.... we have to beat them twice to win the NC, where as they only have to pull one game out of their arse on us... not fair, no matter how you slice it...

And you are right, LSU beats anyone on Jan. 9th, why not Bama. If we don't play them, you think you are hearing shite right now, then think about what LSU would have to listen to if we don't play Bama and they win the Sugar and we beat whoever. People on this board would be just as furious when the media would not let it go that Bama should've been in the BCSNCG.

And I think once all the hype officialy starts for this game, the media will give the Tigers plenty of incentive, just like they did all year long. You know the majority will say that LSU won't be able to beat them again.

They're the next best team and probably biggest comp. but not scared. OSU or VT could beat LSU, but a rematch would bore me.

Exactly, as far as I am concerned, we beat UGA, we should'nt have to play another game. Their is not another team out there even remotely close to LSU, other than BAMA, and of course we beat them already, so...
