Do you not see how that qualifying statement leaves the door open for JJ to step back into the starters role?

Which just might keep the competition going. and we all know that competition makes both of them better.

I will boo the he'll out of a coaching decision to punt on 4th and short. I will boo a bad play call or clock management. I will also boo a blown call like the late hit out of bounds that the dumbass refs missed. But I will never boo a young man who commits his life all his time and his health for my enjoyment. The sacrifice these young men make is tremendous. To those of you who boo players why don't you just boo during the star spangled banner? You want to come after somebody come after me I am a man I'm 40.

do you honestly believe that

1) JJ & the players believe that pile of horseshite or
2) care about why?

it's a chickenshit cop out anyway

this post is too honest, accurate and simply true to be considered. of course, it is possible that they were indeed booing the new parking fees or were booing the OC because they missed crowton's style.

Do we? So last year when we were consistently getting sub-100 yard passing games from our starter, it was the "competition" pushing him to keep getting better? Everyone knows what Miles was implying with that statement ... there are just some who refuse to admit it.

you're better saving your breath to cool your porridge than trying to police the mouths of 92k and their opinions during a game...

By the way, I also heard boos during the FSU/OU game a few weeks back. It's just part of the game..

If you go back and read the in.game thread (I know you wont but still) I was furious about the booing and frankly I still am.

These actions by these idiots are unacceptable. Anyone who booed the #1 team in the land needs to have their head examined and better yet go "chear" for some other team because you are not welcome to be an LSU fan. Gfy.

I thought Miles was pretty clear when asked this question.

Unfortunately, I fear his meaning was all too clear ... JL is our starter (right now), but not for long. I really, really hope I can say I was wrong at the end of the season.

Seems to me that JJ got the boo's but they were meant for Miles' decision to put him in.

There is no difference.

To all the non booers out there I ask this one question. Did ya'll not boo at the apparent loss to Tennessee last year?

Do you think that the players and coaches were able to decifer the booing and cusing, and trash throwing was not direct at them but rather at the Tennessee fans for winning.

Did Miles say anything when JL was booed his freshmen year?

Maybe he did, I just do not recall.
