When I lived in Riverbend I would drop my truck off on Friday evening in front of the stadium. Then get dropped off on game day so I had a ride back. Note that I tailgated after the game for hours so the ride home was 5 like minutes. It was superb!

Oof. I parked by Ivars for that game. Extremely long walk back.

I live in Riverbend and we ride our bikes. 20 minutes to our gate and 20 minutes home. Kids in the bike trailer. Never have to worry about contraflow.

My nap lasted longer than I thought.

Definitely take Nicholson to Brightside. Last season we did that after taking our time to get to the truck and traffic was bumper to bumper coming from river road to Nicholson. We came from Nicholson and we were the only car heading that way.

I did that once but didn’t care for drivers whizzing by us on the BLVD after a full day of tailgating.

No, but he didn’t have football in his original post and it’s a post a few hours before a home baseball game. I figured that’s what he was asking

So I’ll ask again:

Do they do contraflow for baseball games?

No but from certain lots you are forced to turn right or left on Gourrier.

I used to park in left field lot and lived on Burbank 6 blocks past WalkOns amd couldn't get home unless I drove to Brightside.

Not in the sense that they do for football games but you are forced to go certain directions on Gourrier. Considering the time of his post I figured he did not know.

Sometimes I forget the rant is unable to connect the dots and everything has to be spelled out

Jesus Christ, you are still missing the point. It’s a post in May about contraflow a few hours before first pitch and a question about river road directions. Is it that hard to understand why it was thought to be about a baseball game?

I don’t know why I’m still explaining this but have a good one Tacky

Kind of like you ignoring the fact that contraflow does indeed happen on Gourrier after baseball games
