Get off of Byrd's case...

I will peobably get smashed for this, but yea he is having a rough year, but give him a break. He is arguably one of LSU's best recievers and everyone on this board knows that. He has had a rough time ajusting to not having a QB that can give him the deep ball. Remember he is a tiger, and he needs our encouragement. We as fans can't keep getting down on our players. We need to keep true to our team and players in the good and the bad. Just keep encouraging him, and if Lee plays the rest of the year like he did last night...We might see some more of the 2007 Byrd!

A lot of our receivers are having a hard time adjusting to the QB err uhh "situation" that we have going on. He's an outstanding athelete and like most of them the frustration of the ordeal is catching up with them. Byrd has been hung out to dry by Lee allowing the defense to tomahawk him several times this year.
