You don't need Briles or Herman to beat Bama. What's the old cliche "Defense wins championships". In 03 they gave up more than 19 points one time the entire season.

The defense is fine. They surrendered 0 touchdowns last night. That should be enough to win almost any game.

That was 13 years ago. That's an eternity.

I agree defense is key to championships, but even Saban has shifted to a more modern offense that can keep up.

We'll definitely have to rely on defense a ton the rest of the season.

Yeah I obviously didn't watch a running back from Wisconsin rush for ab 100 and a receiver catch over a hundred.
