Nobody has talked about the one problem from last night. Did anyone notice how bad Hawkins was last night? He is the one who missed the block that allowed the Harris interception. He is supposed to be our 2nd-3rd best linemen. It has to be cleaned up if we want to see any improvement in the passing game. Also, catch the freaking ball please.

They did not take this game seriously in preparation and it should in lack of production. Pass protection and the receivers are the biggest issues on then offensive. Defensively, we allow too many easily completed passes. Jalen mills cannot comeback quick enough. Special teams are going to cost us a game. I mean pre snap penalties on a kick off?

by the players admitting they did not take the game seriously is a major concern with the coaching staff IMO.

Who knows, maybe it's part of a devious plan by the coaching staff to lull the rest of the SEC to sleep. Then WHAM, we turn the switch on and bitch slap them into submition.
One can only hope.

Stop overreacting guys. This was a trap game. Ohio state almost lost a few weeks ago in a trap game. So did Florida. This shite happens. Our receivers dropped 2 touchdown passes and we pulled up from a touchdown to wind out the clock. Riley and Alexander played most snaps at linebacker. We didn't run stunts and very few blitzes. We played a mostly vanilla style of defense with a lot of subs. I agree, it's frustrating, but oh well. Sometimes these games a healthy in that it brings this hype machine back to Earth. Hopefully this was a wake up call

I believe his is the problem. I fault the coaching staff for that. Confidence is good, but you have to put in work for it to pay off.

After four games I'm at a wait and see point...
My concern is the basically one deminsional offense running game.

Not 100% sure but if his number is 65, 65 did not play well at all.

Why do we do 2 wr sets and have 1 wr on a go route

Why don't we do 3 wr set and use Jeter or smith at te and let them a receiving threat

Thanks for your post fiery snowman.
I am glad to see someone on the rant with a good assessment of last night's game.

LSU is the hunted. They are going to get every other team's best shot.

They still won by 22 and it could have been by more.

This is the right position IMO. There are several reasons to be concerned, but we'll have to see how those play out.

Have a few bourbons and enjoy the ride. We only get 11-15 of these a year.
