Geaux Zone!! Need help

I just registered on geaux zone for the audio and video and received my confirmation email but when I sign in and try to watch the softball game it just shows up green! anybody know what's wrong or what I need to do? Thanks

Try opening it up in a different web browser. Geaux Zone doesnt work for me in firefox but it does in internet explorer

I can hear it but its still green and i bout the audio and video package! any suggestions?
