Do you really think Miles has one?

Something tells me you might not have a lot of confidence there!

I think LSU has to stay with its offense. Hill will ramble and set up the play action.

I agree. If you want to beat Manziel the formula is not the complicated, limit his touches. You do that by eating the clock, you don't eat the clock by passing the entire time and get into a shoot out. You need to beat him with a balance offense and hope for some defensive stops. We will get some stops, the key will be can the offense capitalize on those stops. They didn't in the Bama game but that game was away and Bama is not A&M, they need to do it in the A&M game though or it will be a long day.

Best bet to win this game is to try and keep A&M to under 30pts

Run from the spread, don't force getting the ball to OBJ, think outside the box but not full retard, would love to see Hill and Hillard in the back field as a modern day Hillard and James gang. With JC not being at his best (still in the dog house I'm sure) I think Hillard would be great at FB.

Only Saturday will tell and let's hope THE LSU TIGERS show up!!

Put JFF into positions of feeling he needs to run and hit him legally as often as possible.

why is everyone focusing on our offense? That's not the issue. A&M's defense is awful, and we'll score plenty of points running our regular offense with a mix of run and pass.

The key is our D. We need to get a few stops to give us an edge. JFF will score a lot of points, but we need to bring an unpredictable defense that tries EVERYTHING to keep A&M's offense guessing and off-balance and get them off the field on a few drives. They'll score 30 on us, but Chavis needs to earn his paycheck this week and try to confuse JFF just enough to make a difference.

Our offense isn't the issue this Saturday.

You guys are not the first to think of this. If you look at the stats A&M is ranked 110th in time of possession and still average 49 points per game. For the Miss. St. game every scoring drive was under two minutes.

Right ... Just like Auburn against TN. What was it, 7 or 8 passes the entire game?

Auburn has a running QB.

I'm not worried about LSU's offense in this game.

agreed. unless Les decides for some reason to use OBJ as a mobile QB like he did in practice to simulate JFF... I'd much rather see our conventional offense.

thus goes to show you that TOP is a stupid and mostly meaningless statistic.
