For your age, you can't go wrong with the purple porpoise.

I remember going to a place called "BALLS". It was pretty fun! Its near the stadium where all the other balls are.

The Purlpe Porpoise isn't called that anymore. Im not exactly sure of the name but its located directly behind the stadium on the main strip of bars. Another good place to eat and drink on gameday is "The Swamp." It usually gets crowded so be sure to get there early. Dockside is also a good place to eat and watch football.

The Purple Porpoise, may it rest it peace, is now called Gator City. Across University Ave from the stadium, there are about 30 bars. Any one of them will be just fine. The names are:
The Swamp (a restaurant/bar, not the stadium)
Gator City
Balls
Copper Monkey
Grog House

If you are going to off-campus places like Gators Dockside (great wings, by the way - grilled, not sloppy with sauce), you might want to check out the Gainesville Ale House. That is a great place to watch football, and they have excellent food. It's bar food, but it's inexpensive and usually really good.
