If the coaching is bad its bad.
Id does not matter what the record has been. Quit acting like Miles is doing you a favor. He get paid millions to do this job. In business if you dont keep the company performing you will be gotten rid of. Its just the way it is.

if thats the case , there are well over a hundred coaches that need to be fired...80-18

Dude. Winning games IS the measure of good coaching. It has....oh, just never mind...geez.

No, no, no. You have it all wrong.
PASSING a lot is the measure. If you pass a lot, and go 8-4, you are a good coach. If you pass a lot and go 9-3, and make ESPN highlight reels, you are really good.
Way better than those teams than win more games.
