I know this tends to turn into hyperbole at some point, but I was just watching the ESPNU Recruiting Show on ESPNU and they recounted the story of LF showing up at the Rummel football banquet to shake hands and congratulate the team on their victory. This young man is only twenty years old and shows a level of character and integrity that is all too rare in our world today. Regardless of what LSU accomplishes on the football field this year, we should be proud to have this guy as the face of LSU football. I am nearing fifty years old and I wish I would have had the awareness of this guy when I was his age. Enjoy, LSU fans. Don't take this for granted. This young man is special and I pray that his future includes many blessings to influence a younger generation to greatness.

Someday, people will refer to top flight running back recruits as "The Next Leonard Fournette". Incredible talent and high character.

Who does that? A very mature and humble man does.
