It's so obvious to any fool who follows football that Fournette is going to tear it up when he gets to the NFL. Repping out with 405lbs like that is damn impressive.
Doing 405lbs for reps like that is more useful for building strength, than 1 rep max sets anyways.
Dude is going to be a beast when he gets to the NFL, I just hope he gets drafted by a decent team.

Hmmm
Higher reps is good for a combo of size, strength, and endurance. I guarantee they do low rep work too...specifically for strength

When you do one rep max sets, you increase the possibility for serious injury dramatically. I would rather rep out with 405 lbs, than do a one rep squat of 650lbs, and jack up your spine badly.
besides sets of 5-6 reps\set are low rep work. A one rep max set is just to test yourself to see how much you can really do, but that also means you significantly increase the chance of injury.
Powerlifters are usually the people who do 1 rep max sets, or in a number of cases people on an ego trip.

I still can't stop laughing my arse off every time I see that clip of the run away golf cart and I know I shouldn't be laughing.

Guice will have that beat by this season. That's a credit to Guice and Fournette
