Fournette record watch

let me begin by saying I know winning is the most important thing and Fournette doesn't care about this stuff, but its pretty interesting/cool

Herschel walker played 12 games in 1981 when he set the single season sec rushing record at 1891 yards.
He carried it 385 times for 4.9 yards a carry and 18 touchdowns.

through 6 games fournette is at 150 carries for 8 yards a carry, 14 touchdowns (record is 23) and 1202 yards....

LSU will obviously only play 11 games plus a bowl game and hopefully sec championship (and playoffs)...

but it LSU only played its regular season remaining 5 games fournette would need 138 yards per game to break walkers record


obviously this isn't the main goal but just pretty cool to see. I know fournette would rather the championship than any of this


TL;DR Fournette is really good
