Fournette and draft placement

Most people would say that you try to go as high as possible in the draft for the money, but in the long run, if he has a terrible combine and drops to a team with a dominant line, I think it would be much more beneficial to him as well as this board in general. We all know LF7 is a freak of nature and has every skill needed to be a top NFL back.
BUT, no running back will ever make the browns or the jags a playoff team. If he happens to fall to a team with a great line, I think in the long term he will make more money and have a longer career. Adding to that, I don't think this board can handle him having a terrible rookie season.

He's a running back. His time in the NFL is already shorter than most other positions. He probably wants to go as high as possible. One bad injury can end it for you.

I selfishly want him to fall to a good team with a good OL and good QB.

Drafting skill players in the first round every year is what hurts the browns. Hopefully they wise up and go after a lineman.

I agree
I would also laugh at anyone who thinks the combine he's having is indicative of the football player he is.. absolutely fricking asinine
