Foster Moreau had to be one of the biggest waste of talents in recent history. He is showing in the league that he can hang with some of the best, while still splitting time with a potentially legendary TE in Waller. Given a coach like BK, or anyone with half a brain, he could have been a late 1st or early 2nd rounder.

Foster would credit his NFL success with the opportunities he had at LSU.

Yeah, that was a hell of a block he threw to cost LV the first TD!

Reminded me a little of some of those pancakes he whipped up for us.

Moreau is the Raiders # 2 TE. He had a nice season catching 30 passes and 3 were TDs. He’s not a number one TE but he is a good 2.

In his senior year at LSU he caught 22 passes. He played with Burrow that year. The WRs were ok with Marshall, Chase and Jefferson coming on the scene pushing the older vets for PT.

I think considering where Moreau began his LSU career to where he finished; LSU served him very well. His toughness and leadership along with his blocking talents was brought out.

It’s a shame Foster went to LSU and not a school where he could shine.

His talents were truly wasted in Baton Rouge by LSU’s idiot coaches.

I hope so, but I seriously doubt it.

I don’t think he’s crazy for that. He can definitely be a #1 in the NFL. If Tautman for the saints can, Foster definitely can.

Unequivocally, yes, 100%

Do you follow the nfl at all? He’s one of the best backup TEs in the league

Yes, he could have gone to La Tech, Tulane, ULM or Colgate and gotten noticed. What a shame.

That's really not that big of a stretch. He had a pretty good year playing behind Waller. He won't be TE1 in LV but somewhere else yea he could be.

Anyone could be a 1 by default. Ian Book was a 1 for a week.

Moreau could start on the right team, but that’s because there aren’t 32 true TE 1s in the NFL.

PFF preseason TE ranking.
LINK

Trautman is 30th preseason. Moreau is better than he is, but like I said there aren’t 32 TE1s although there are 32 starting TEs.

He had a 62 catch, 770 yd season pace based off the 6g he started with Waller out

Crazy athletic, good blocker, good receiver. The Raiders love him. He’s solid all the way around. And that’s a starting nfl TE

You’re telling me the saints wouldn’t make a play for him right if they could? I can see him fitting in TB’s offense right now watching this game. He’s only 24 and will get better. Has been fairly healthy too.

He was going to Tulane until the day before signing day. A linebacker from Miss. we thought we'd get stiffed us and we offered Moreau at the last minute and signed him. His other offers were Air Force, Cornell, Central Arkansas. LSU was his best offer by a mile.

He’s better than what they have now for sure. And he could play for TB. Don’t they use 2 or 3 TEs?

I’m high on Moreau too, and I think he could start for several as a TE teams, but I I don’t think he’s a TE1.

You do realize Moreau had no power 5 offers and got the last spot in LSU class that year when another player turned him down
Miles utilized te more than anyone and Moreau got plenty of opportunities
