Forgive my ignorance...

but as far as all this talk about LSU going undefeated and stuff I've been hearing... is it because LSU has vastly improved since last season or is it because the competition has weakened?

At the end of last season, I recall thinking that the next couple of years would be mediocre. I'm just wondering, what changed?

We have such a strong young core.

With our tendency to lose underclassmen to the draft, having a strong young core is not really the indicator of the future that it used to be. We'll likely have about the same personnel losses over the next couple of years that we would have if those young players were a year or two older.

Well, I believe that Brandon Harris is a truly good quarterback, but I'm just hoping that Miles allows him to open up and be truly good. Miles is the restrictor plate for LSU quarterbacks.
