For those of you wanting to divert blame from Alleva

Regardless of F King whoever the frick
Georgia just fired their coach of 15 years.
Who had a similar winning percentage.
Who had an epic collapse to their season after expectations were high.
And none of the dysfunction we have seen over the past 3 weeks.
You think they haven't been considering other coaches? It is the AD's job to handle the media/public perception and control the situation. Frick his previous "policies" on evaluating a coach.

Scares me that our fans won't understand the gravity of this... LSU pre-2000 couldn't get over the hump for two reasons: 1. Politicizing of the athletic department. 2. The lack of financial infrastructure as a result of the politicizing
THIS is how you go back to the 90s.

Are you fricking kidding me?
Do Joe and F King even talk?
Because it looks like last night was the first time they have even spoken about the issue given the uncoordinated, terribly thought out plan they came up with.
Performance evaluation in the 3rd quarter and while walking to meet Les in the tunnel?
Frick in kidding me?

Season expectations weren't high from an offense with 1 senior and maybe 2 juniors on it.

Alleva and Alexander didn't talk.
These two handsomely-paid administrators did not talk, compare notes, brainstorm, strategize. Alleva didn't "get the memo."
Alleva thought he had more authority than he did. If he and his boss (Alexander) had spoken, presumably it would have been realized that the money being discussed (the buyout; the contract for Fisher; the assistants' buyouts) was not politically feasible.
I am not criticizing the sentiment that it was politically unfeasible to shell out this much money on the football program, when the university suffers from funding issues. (yes, two different pots of money, but we're talking perception.) That is a debatable issue.
What I'm saying though is that if Alleva and Alexander had simply spoken, and Alexander set out some parameters for Alleva as to what he could do, and not do, then very likely we wouldn't have experienced the past two weeks, all the negative publicity generated, and the potential adverse effect on recruiting.
Alleva and Alexander deserve to be raked over the coals for allowing this situation to occur.
Horrible.

This is my point. After 2 weeks of rumors, you think F King Fricktard would have picked up the phone and said "Hey Joe, all that buyout stuff you are talking about... I don't really agree with it"
Any way you try to spin it. One of them is responsible. Find the rat and get him out.

People who don't think miles is done will get what they deserve, those who do already know what's coming

I agree and my posts show it. I think we are there already.
Basically the Head is dead and we are just watching the body flop around.
F. King Alexander and Alleva have to go or the coach wont matter.
