I guess I'm a Christian then because I strongly dislike him and I'm not "buying in"

Don't care anymore. Change a couple things and we are right where they are. They get every bounce and break. Seems like every year we have the hardest schedule.

This. They get the crappy teams from the East and have one big game all damn season (us).
Plus having the refs in your back pocket to bail them out if it gets dicey comes in handy too.
They get away with murder. The shot on Murray today, no holding calls all damn game? With all the running plays? Not one hold?
The Patrick Peterson INT that wasn't called.
Just a few examples. And another thing that should raise some eyebrows is that it's always Ritter's crew. Always. It never freaking fails.

LSU fans need to thank God for sending us Saban. Without Nicky, we would still be a second tier SEC football program with Arkansas, and mighty Miss St.

OK, I gotta give you that much.....
But the little Prick is definitely the Evil One of American College Football,
And just another failed Punk-Bitch in the NFL!

I'll always be grateful for what he did for LSU. That said, he's a money hungry whore.
He's a great coach, no doubt, but he's a prick, doesn't care who or what fanbase he pisses off. It's just a matter of time before he does it to Bama.
If Bama were to have lost the game today, how much lobbying do you think he would've done to get Bama in the Sugar? A TON.

Why should coaches show more loyalty than school administrations or college fanbases. 99% of all coaches are hired to be fired.
Too many coaches are not given enough time to turn around a failing program. Saban happens to be a great college football coach that is well paid.
If that is your misguided definition of a whore, so be it.

THIS
That Tom Ritter is a fricking worm and obviously
a Bama homer. He was right on top of the play
where Murray nearly had his head taken off.

Tiger Dice is right. We knew how good it was when he was here. You don't have to like him, but he's not stupid. Everyone (myself included) on here said Bama was insane to pay him that kind of money. Well, if value is in NCs than they got their money's worth.
We just got him when he was still feeling his oats. After winning the NC, he felt invincible, was younger, and thought he would do the same in the NFL. With CLM winning, there was no going back to LSU, and we probably didn't even think of luring him back.
If you remember, things at Bama were Curley Hallman like for the Tide when they hired Saban. It's a bitter pill to swallow for LSU fans, but they paid the guy a boatload of money to win some NC's, and that's just what happened.
He may be a lot of things, but one thing for certain, he is not an idiot.....

I agree that Ritter is obviously a Bama fan. HOWEVER he did NOT re-sign a stupid Les Miles to another contract and Ritter did not function as an AD who threw his own lacrosse team under a bus to protect a lying whore

Partly true. But NS coaches every situation with such awareness of detail that they get breaks that sometime seem like "lucky breaks".
He's not invincible, but he is very good.
