Those are all NFC teams, is the streak guaranteed by whichever AFC team makes it? Is the streak having a player on both Super Bowl rosters?

The streak is a player on the active roster of a Super Bowl team. LSU and UGA both went to 22 years last year.
If the teams you listed are the only playoff teams without an LSU player, the streak will continue regardless since that would mean we have a player on all AFC contenders.
