that continue to bash players for their on-field performance, I have one wish for you ...
I hope that you someday have a son who develops into a player who receives a scholarship from a D1 school, and then proceeds to have a season similar to what JL had last year. It is then that we will see your true colors ... will you still think it appropriate to verbally abuse student athletes for their mistakes?

i totally agree..Jarret is a guy that has the potential to develope into a great QB..he was forced onto the feild bc of stupid thugs like RP...throw any 4star freshmen QB into the SEC and you get simmilar results..you dont bash a kid who came to this school knowing he would wait in line..

I'd agree with that. Other than the pick six thing. He does get a bum rap though.

ones that are doing the bashing are for the most part are idiots.
They more than likely have never played a down of organized football or any other sport for that matter in their sad little lives.
The thing about these people that amazes me most is the age factor. They never once acknowledge that JL is young and young guys (espc qbs) tend to make more mistakes than older guys.
Funny thing is now they pin their hopes on another young guy with 2 games unde his belt. Once again it shows the lack of logical thought pattern from some of these awesome "fans" we have.

I'm not really a basher, but I believe when you join an elite program like LSU, the bashing comes with the territory, and if you don't perform up to par you can expect to get bashed. I mean look at how much people pay to get season tickets to LSU football, they don't pay that to see mediocre players on a mediocre team. Plus I'm sure these players need this booing or criticism to "ground" them, b/c most of these 4 star and 5 star players come from being the king's of the castle at high school and just think they are the second coming of God, and then hopefully when they realize that they need to IMPROVE there game and prove the fans wrong, and that you can't just use your natural talent at this level like high school and get the same results.

You dont get it do you..? The rant is compiled of Athletes who were not given a shot at being QB, RB, WR, etc at LSU and are more athletic than the starting line up, they have a reason to be pissed.

if you cant take the heat get out the kitchen. to play at an elite program like lsu there will always be bashers. if jlee doesnt like it, transfer to a d2 school that nobody cares about.

FWIW, the people on here that lead the charge on the bashing are not a indictitive of most LSU fans...
Let us have another couple subpar seasons,,, their new favorite hobby will be fishing... probably bashing local fishing holes on a outdoor message board.
