And don't forget to vote for Scott for Heisman. Don't know why we cannot get a sticky for this:

Heisman is a PR campaign perpetuated by the AD's, who spend the most money, and get the most timely mailouts. No one from LSU will be a legit candidate in my lifetime that i can see. Last one was Charles Alexander, who Scott really reminds me of. But he will never get the carries or the hype. The Buckeye hype machine has this thing locked up for the next two after the Daniel Hype machine has it locked for this one.

Scott in 7th with 5% on that poll.
Not bad for being non-existant on there a few days ago.

Its a numbers game. If Scott gets over 100 yards a game for 12, even 13 games if you include the SECCG, he'll get about 1500 yards (assuming he's in the 120 range on average).

While that is a great season considering the competition, guys like Javon Ringer might get 2000, or Chase Daniel will pass for 5000 yards.

I think his only shot to really be in the discussion is to get over 20 TD's to go along with the yards and LSU has to be #1 at season's end.

I understand your argument.

However, Tebow was clearly a monster last year and deserved the heisman.

Thank you for understanding. Tebow was probably not the best example to throw in there because he did have a great season last year. Like I said, it was an early morning post.

"Here's the problem. Charles Scott is a complete animal."

This is where the thread went south.
