I'd like some of my Tiger friends to go review this pass play. From what I see the ball did not cross the 9 yard line and the ref on site actually looked like he was marking the spot with his right foot short of the 1st down line. For those of you who want to bicker and be smart-arses by saying it doesn't matter, I say, it does matter. Because lack of accountability is the reason we have so many screwed up calls in college and NFL. And now the ENTIRE football world is seeing what we Saints and LSU fans have been seeing for years. These refs need to be held accountable for their wrong or missed calls.

Yeah, we won by 14, and when they pull that shite at Bama we’ll lose by 14.

Or we can not put ourselves in a position to let the refs be a deciding factor. The refs missed calls both ways in the Florida game. Stop being so sensitive.

This is just a completely and perfectly stupid reply. It shows that you know nothing of what you speak. Go back to your blue pill paradise and sleep.

I know people don’t want to admit it but the refs missed a good bit of holding by LSU as well. I think the refs did good in just letting them play for the most part.

The sec football officials are the most inept group in any sport IMO. There is absolutely no consistency. Initial targeting calls are typically not. Spots are horrible. And my god almighty, the flagrant holding happening on the edges and around the pocket are visible to everyone. I’m also a “let them play” guy, but Steve Shaw is lucky were not playing in the old tear away jerseys.

No. I think the PAC12 is worse and I’m typically neutral when watching those games.

I understand that, but they missed alot of holding calls on us too man. It wasn't just Florida. That's why I dont understand the complaining about missing calls on Florida.

It is worth noting that is across the board from what I can see.

They are letting a lot of holding go, everywhere. Seems, from a small data set of just my eyes, we've reverted to keep it on chest plate, not holding.

The good news is it looks like we have adjusted and are playing by the 'real rules'. Looks like Cregg taught them how to hold properly within the current interpretation.

They didn't miss an obvious safety on us though. Intentional grounding from the endzone combined with a blatant hold right in front of the ref on Florida's second to last drive. It was egregious.

We had an obvious facemask on Perine that wasn't called as well. It went both ways and we still won by 14.

By and large calls even out for both teams in most games. Just like the commentators saying both team's fanbases say they were biased after games, both fanbases seem to complain about officiating too.

He wasn’t. They mark the spot with their downfield foot.
