Crowd noise is one thing; a furious pass rush is another. If we have the latter from the get-go, we'll have the former for the duration.

If the atmosphere is what it should be, Tyler Murphy will indeed get rattled. A halfway decent pass rush would rattle him even more, though. I hope Chief comes up with some decent blitz packages and actually disguises them a bit. A pass rush with a pulse to go along with the crowd noise and our potent offense would be insurmountable for a freshman's 2nd or 3rd game as a starter.

Now we know why Jennings has not seen the field.
