Going to my first game baseball tomorrow night, can someone please tell me about parking? Is there certain spots to park? Are there plenty of places. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Free parking in Grass lot on Gourier past the stadium, or across Nicholson Drive. Lots next to the stadium are all prepaid pass only.

We will prob get there around three to go tailgate with friends. I'm sure we'll be ok parking in the grass that early right? I don't know if LSU has a time like they do for football that you have to wait till

It's baseball .. There will be 8,500 people there versus 93,000 people .. you can do the math .. Completely different atmosphere ..There's tons of parking out there .. At 3, on a work day .. You'll get a great spot ..

Yeps. You face rush hour traffic more so than gameday traffic.
But closer to first pitch, Burbank can be a cluster frick(cops have improved this since opening day this season).
A tried-and-true route if you're pushing it close to first pitch is River Road to Gourrier to aforementioned free lot. But at 3pm, should be wide open.

well no shite. i know that. but i was wondering if LSU has in place a time where you cant park until that time comes. it IS a school day and parking on campus at 3pm may warrant a parking ticket.
again. its not a matter of finding a spot, its about not illegaly parking before a certain time determined by LSU police.

I've done Friday night games as early as noon with no on saying anything. You'll be fine.
