I heard him say so on his Monday show.
Lots of false news being posted on this board.

Glad he did but idiots like Finebaum having a heisman vote is a big reason why the award doesn’t mean quite what it used too.

Bunch of nerds and out of shape sportswriters who never played sports voting on who the best player in football is that year.

If he did, then good on him, but I don't believe him.

About three weeks ago he was pretty emphatic that Jayden wouldn’t win. Wasn’t knocking him or advocating for someone else. Just said he wouldn’t win. Interesting that he now comes out and said he voted for Jayden.

Finebaum seems to love Brian Kelly and he has been sending nice vibes toward the LSU program under Brian Kelly since he has been here.

Are Heisman votes secret or does someone compile a list of who they voted for?

Bias has always played a large part in the Heisman. An argument could be made that it's better now than it was decades ago. 30 years ago, I'm not sure JD has the odds he does now. About half of the SEC Heisman winners have come in the last 15-16 years.

Who should be voting for the heisman? 857 out of the 928 total votes come from media members. I mean if you take all of them out, it's just the previous heisman winners and 1 fan vote. Who else should get to vote? There's going to be a bias coming from wherever. I mean give all 133 FBS coaches a vote? Who you think they would all vote for

Odds are adjusted up and down according to public betting.

He's an idiot. As if nerds and out of shape sportwriters aren't qualified to vote.

If the great minds of the rant controlled the Heisman vote, the playoff committee, handled coaching hires/fires for LSU, and recruited for LSU the world would be a better place.

Oh I also need to add that they should ref all games as well.

If you ever encounter Finebaum in person you will see just how true this is. A really strange and awkward guy. But he sure has turned his thing into a huge success.

Dan Patrick said on his show today that Daniels got his vote but that the Heisman Committee had formerly asked their voters to not publicly reveal their votes.

Still doesn't mean he can't be qualified to vote.

Josh McDaniels is nerdy and he's the "successful" head coach of the Miami Dolphins.
