He's a lanky lefty that topped out at 87 in HS (that's touching 87, not sitting there).

But also from Luke Johnson's recent article in from the Advocate LINK

So it's not out of the norm that his velocity is down.

Hopefully, recruits will continue to see LSU as a better path to the Show than 3 years in the minors.

I am ready for the season to start now.

82mph was the speed on several fast balls I saw. Alot of his pitches were slower breaking balls.

I think Bryce Jordan really missed not playing last year, probably the first season he has missed since he started playing. He seems to be enjoying being on the field this year and is playing very well.
