I won’t be doing BPB like wild but I’ll post random thoughts throughout.

First one is that they’re putting up explanations on the scoreboard for the +/- system. Started the game with first and second and executed bunt and run. Both teams get a “point.”

Thompson laid it down and Merrifield made a good play. Thompson then gets an infield single up the middle. Jobert flied out to center. Shores pitching.

Guidry already with a huge hole in his pants. That didn’t take long.

Shores up to 97. Kid can bring it. Curious if he goes 4 and how hard he throws after 30+ pitches.

Is Shores a legit 6-8? I would imagine he could reach 100 mph before he's done at LSU.

Bottom 2 for Coop

G-6, Single by Morgan thru right side, fielders choice grounder from Kling, and Dugas K on 90 mph fastball.

Travinski had Kling nailed on steal attempt but ball was dropped. Either Nippolt or JT drop. Missed who.

Top 3 Shores 94-96

Walked Beloso in 4 pitches. Wes out for visit.

Walked Nippolt

Forgot who, bunt was laid down to create 2nd and 3rd. Runner scored on pass ball by Neal (tough dig). Sac fly from Beloso who batted again in inning. Frey K to end it.

Yes. He hasn’t been sharp today. Froze on a liner by Tre and dropped a throw on an easy tag from Travinski on a steal by Kling. Travinski looking better than Neal today.
