Air Force is my #2 team in all of NCAA athletics, behind LSU, so I'm really excited that they're coming to town this weekend.

I think LSU should make an effort to schedule the service academies more often because it's good for everyone involved. The academies get someone exciting on the schedule, and our players and fans get to come in contact with great institutions and the people associated with them.

I know that it's highly unlikely that LSU will ever go on the road to play in Colorado Springs, Annapolis or West Point, so I want to encourage all of you just to go someday and pull for the home team there against a random opponent. It's a really cool road trip. I saw Navy host Vanderbilt in Annapolis and it was one of the coolest football experiences I've ever had.

Looking forward to seeing some other LSU/Air Force fans on Sunday!

and that's a shame....all three venues are very special in their own way. there is a feeling you get when you visit places like those that regard academic excellence and service to country more important than mythical natchams. we all sleep safer every nite because of the academies and those who make them what they are.

USAFA Cadet Squadron 38 All Stars. We sucked at everything, but at least we were consistent.

One thing I know about LSU fans, LSU baseball fans specifically, they will make this team feel very welcome and they will give them an experience that they will always remember.

They deserve a victory lap around Alex Box no matter what the final score.
